The venue has ample parking space available for all attendees. We’ve ensured enough room to accommodate everyone, but please arrive early to secure your spot!

• Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking spaces are located near the venue entrances for easy access. These spots are limited, so we recommend arriving early.

Save money and reduce your carbon footprint by carpooling with friends or other attendees! If you’re driving to the festival, consider sharing a ride with others. It’s a great way to save on parking and avoid the stress of finding a spot. You can also use carpooling apps like  Poparide, Uber, or other local carpooling services to connect with others attending the event. For a more convenient option, consider using Uber or other ride-sharing services to get to and from the venue. The venue's drop-off and pick-up zones will be clearly marked, making it easy to get in and out quickly. Let your driver handle the rest, and avoid the hassle of parking!

Your safety is our priority! If you plan to enjoy drinks at the festival, please remember: never drink and drive. We encourage all attendees to make safe transportation choices before and after the event. Here are some responsible options for getting from the venue:

• Avoid the hassle of parking and ensure a safe ride home by using Uber or other ride-sharing services. We’ll have designated drop-off and pick-up zones marked, so it's easy to get in and out.

• Take advantage of Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) to get to the venue and back safely.

• If you’re attending with friends, carpooling is a great way to reduce costs and make sure everyone gets home safely. Plan to share rides and keep the group safe.

• If you’re travelling with a group, consider having a designated driver who stays sober to ensure everyone gets home safely. Make sure to reward your designated driver with a non-alcoholic beverage or treat for their responsibility!

Why We’re Fundraising

We strive to create magical moments. We want our patrons to walk away with not just memories that will last a lifetime but also stories that they’ll never get tired of telling. 

As a registered not-for-profit, we often rely on the goodwill of our supporters to make our goals possible. With this 50/50 raffle, we aim to raise money while also offering supporters the chance to win prizes for themselves. Funds raised by this raffle will support ERFS’s mission to celebrate creativity through artistic expression, community engagement, and environmental leadership. We do this by showcasing diverse artists!
