THE LAND ON WHICH WE GATHER
We respectfully acknowledge that we are on the traditional territories of the Indigenous peoples of Treaty 6, which includes the Cree, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux, Blackfoot, Dene, and Métis Nations. This land has been a gathering place for diverse Indigenous communities since time immemorial. We recognize and honor their enduring connection to the land, waters, and skies, and we commit to building meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples and communities as we move forward in the spirit of truth and reconciliation.
