Though the heavy rainfall forced us to cancel the 2025 Edmonton Reggae Festival, we want to send a huge thank you to all the incredible artists who were ready to bring their energy and soul to the stage.

A special shoutout to Nigy Boy, Johnny Kool, and every performer who made the journey to Edmonton with passion and dedication. Your commitment to reggae music and culture inspires us all, and we are so grateful for your support—even when the weather didn’t cooperate.

To our fans and community, thank you for standing with us through this challenging year. We’re already working hard to bring you a free, unforgettable festival in 2026 where the music will flow freely, the vibes will be high, and the spirit of reggae will shine brighter than ever.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected weather conditions, we were unable to move forward with our scheduled performances. While we share in the disappointment, the safety and well-being of our performers remains our top priority.

Return and Refund Policy

Event Tickets:

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets once purchased.
In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be offered as applicable.

Merchandise:

Merchandise purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, customized products, or worn merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
