The Edmonton Reggae Festival Society is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year's festival a success. Whether you're passionate about music, event coordination, or community outreach, we have a role for you.
Every great festival is built on the energy and dedication of its volunteers, and the Edmonton Reggae Festival is no exception. We're calling on community members to join our volunteer team for the 2026 festival on August 28 at Hawrelak Park.
We have volunteer roles available across a wide range of areas including gate and ticketing, stage crew support, vendor coordination, family zone activities, information booths, and post-event cleanup. No prior experience is necessary for most roles — just a positive attitude and a love for community.
In return for your time, all volunteers receive a festival t-shirt, complimentary entry to the event, access to the volunteer appreciation area, and a letter of recognition from the Society. Volunteering at the festival is also a fantastic way to earn community service hours.
Shifts are available throughout the day, from early morning setup through to evening teardown. You can sign up for a single shift or commit to a full day — whatever works for your schedule.
